![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() In the end I gave up and used an RPI to read it instead, in which case it worked much better (although there are still issues with i2c speed). I believe that the MLX90640 is quite sensitive to low voltage, I have seen it apparently latch-up and require a full power cycle to recover (switched off for several seconds). In the end I wrote code to send the short data over UDP, and did the temp calculations on PC, allowing me to get 32i Hz, although then I found that the ESP8266 was injecting huge amounts of noise into the image. I2C¶ Nucleo F401RE board has up to 3 I2Cs. You can configure this model for other supported Nucleo boards by browsing. The Zephyr console output is assigned to UART2. The model provided is pre-configured for STMicroelectronics Nucleo F401RE board. STM32Cube HAL and Nucleo-F401RE: debugging and unit testing. Serial Port¶ Nucleo F401RE board has 3 UARTs. The MLX90640 I2C can only read the EEProm at 8i Hz. The I2C of nRF52832 encapsulates itself into: TWI (Two Write Interface). In this tutorial, we will use the STM32F410-Nucleo board, that has the I2C signals on the PB6 and PB8 pins: Connect both boards used for I2C to the USB and make sure the SCL/SDA signals and ground are connected: Now we will create a project for the I2C Slave board. ![]()
